Contents of this document
01. Service descriptions.
Your order identifies the network, access technology, data allowance or uncapped conditions, speed profile, billing cycle and included equipment. Marketing speed descriptions are not a guaranteed speed at every time and location. Wireless performance depends on signal, congestion, buildings, terrain, equipment and upstream conditions.
02. Fixed devices and locations.
Some SIMs and fixed-wireless packages are restricted to approved routers, technologies or registered locations. Check compatibility and location restrictions before ordering or moving a device. A phone, modem or roaming use case is not automatically supported. A change of address may require a new coverage check or package.
03. Identity Verification Requirements (RICA).
Activation may require verified identity and address information through the applicable provider’s lawful process. Supply genuine information and complete requested verification. We will explain the required documents and submission method. Do not activate or transfer a SIM in another person’s identity without lawful authority.
04. Payment and payment terms.
The order states recurring, activation, installation, delivery and device charges and whether a minimum term applies. Usage outside an allowance or optional top-ups require the applicable disclosed arrangement. General billing, dispute and consumer cancellation rights apply; these terms do not create an undisclosed penalty or network charge.
05. SIM cards.
Safeguard the SIM and report loss, suspected cloning or unauthorised use promptly. Replacement or SIM-swap requests require identity checks and may carry a disclosed charge. SIM ownership, network locking and replacement arrangements depend on the actual product. A physical SIM and an eSIM are not interchangeable unless supported.
06. Access Point Name (APN).
Use the APN and configuration provided for your package. Incorrect APN, network mode, router firmware or antenna settings can prevent access or affect billing. Ask support before changing configuration, using an alternative APN or factory-resetting equipment containing provider settings.
07. Coverage and signal availability.
Coverage tools are indicative. Indoor reception, local congestion and installation position affect results. Confirm service availability before committing and report a mismatch promptly. A coverage indication is not a warranty of indoor signal, a specific speed, continuous capacity or future availability at another address.
08. Allocation of data — capped packages.
The package defines the amount, allocation date, validity and any distinction between peak, off-peak or promotional data. Check the order rather than assuming a calendar-month allowance or identical rules across networks. The package confirmation must identify the applicable quantities and expiry rules.
09. Transfer of data — capped packages.
Sharing or transferring data is available only where the purchased network package permits it. Eligible recipient accounts, transfer limits and fees must be disclosed for that product. A data-sharing feature offered by a supplier on another product is not automatically included.
10. Topping up of data — capped packages.
Optional top-ups follow the package’s available denominations, validity and price. Check these before confirming a purchase. Automatic top-ups or out-of-bundle billing require the relevant agreement; an exhausted allowance does not authorise an undisclosed charge. Usage reporting can be delayed by network processing.
11. Rollover of data.
Unused data carries forward only if the specific package allows it, on the stated expiry, priority-of-use and account-status conditions. No universal rollover entitlement or unlimited accumulation is promised. Ask us to confirm the rule for your chosen package.
12. Promotions.
Only published TIN offers expressly included in your order apply. Any free period, discounted installation, device subsidy, fair-use rule or lawful recovery charge must be stated before acceptance. Supplier campaigns, historic discounts and referral rewards are not automatically TIN offers.
13. Client information processing by wireless partners.
Networks and fulfilment partners may receive information needed for verification, activation, billing, faults, delivery and lawful requests. Their roles and applicable terms depend on the product. TIN’s Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and how to raise a concern.
14. Suspension / termination by TIN or a network partner.
Network security incidents, lawful directions, verification failures, harmful use and unpaid agreed charges may affect service. We must provide the notice and remedy opportunity required in the circumstances. Urgent containment is limited to the risk addressed. Restoration and permanent disconnection follow different processes and may have different consequences.
15. Cancellation / termination by client.
Request cancellation through the client portal or in writing and obtain confirmation of the effective date. The accepted order must identify any minimum term, notice requirement and equipment obligations. Statutory cancellation and refund protections override conflicting conditions. Returning a device alone does not cancel an active service.
16. Limitation of liability.
Wireless service depends on radio and network conditions. No new universal speed or uptime guarantee is created here. The general liability terms and mandatory consumer rights apply, including an appropriate remedy where the supplied product or agreed service fails to meet applicable requirements.
