01. Mobile and legacy connectivity.
No supplier-branded mobile, legacy DSL or historic package is offered merely because it appears in an upstream legal catalogue. If TIN supplies such a product, the order must identify the network, allowance, validity, porting, SIM, coverage, billing and cancellation rules. Wireless and general terms apply where relevant, together with the specific disclosed conditions.
02. Promotions and bundled services.
Read the published TIN offer for eligibility, qualifying package, dates, included items, renewal price and exclusions. Only the benefits expressly included in the accepted offer apply. A bundle’s individual services may have different renewal and cancellation arrangements; these must be explained before acceptance.
03. Sponsorship plans and community projects.
A sponsorship exists only through an agreed written arrangement identifying payer, beneficiary, scope, duration and responsibilities. A third-party contribution does not transfer account ownership or create a permanent free-service entitlement. Personal information must not be shared with a sponsor without a lawful basis. Ordinary consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
