Check current prices in the client portal. Storage is shared across the package’s mailboxes. Unlimited email accounts on Business remain subject to 20GB storage and applicable service limits. Annual totals use the selected billing cycle. The client portal confirms current pricing and your total before payment.
Have a domain? Bring it along. We can help with the mail records while your website stays where it is. If you need a new name, registration and renewal are charged separately.

These packages cover standard domain email hosting. If your team needs shared documents or a collaboration suite, we’ll help you assess that separately.
Moving Your Email
Already using email elsewhere? Let’s check the accounts, stored mail and DNS records before changing anything.

List the addresses, current mailbox sizes and the provider handling your domain records.
We confirm the destination package, migration scope, access requirements and timing.
Check sending, receiving and the agreed migrated content before closing the old service.
Clear answers to the questions that come with choosing business email.
Ask TIN a questionNo. You need a domain name and an email hosting plan. Your website can be hosted elsewhere, added later or left out altogether. We help you identify the DNS records needed for email without assuming your website must move.
No. Domain registration, transfer and renewal are separate from all four email packages. You can use a domain you already own, provided you can authorise the required DNS changes. Our free first-year domain offer applies to eligible Linux hosting orders, not these email-only packages.
The advertised storage is the package allocation, shared across the email accounts on that package. For example, Starter provides 3GB of package storage for up to five addresses; it does not provide 3GB to every address. Ask us to help plan mailbox quotas and allow for growing mail archives.
Business allows you to create email addresses without a fixed account-count limit, within its 20GB package storage and applicable service limits. Unlimited addresses do not mean unlimited storage, unlimited sending or permission to send bulk unsolicited email.
Compatible mail applications can connect using IMAP or POP3 to receive mail and SMTP to send it. Webmail gives you browser access too. IMAP is generally useful when you want folders and messages to stay in sync across devices. Outlook, Microsoft Office and other paid software licences are not included.
We can assess your current provider, mailbox sizes, access requirements and domain records, then quote and plan the migration. Keep the old service active until the agreed checks are complete. Old mail, calendars, contacts and application data can have different migration requirements; we confirm the scope before starting.
Spam and virus filtering helps reduce unwanted and harmful mail, but no filter catches everything. Use strong passwords, check unexpected attachments and verify unusual payment requests. Ask TIN about SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration for your domain; correct authentication supports mail handling but does not guarantee inbox placement.
These are standard domain email hosting plans. They do not include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Office applications or a collaboration-suite licence. If you need shared documents, advanced calendar collaboration or an existing Workspace migration, ask us to assess a separate solution.
Setup charges are listed with each plan. Monthly and annual billing are available, and annual prices come from the selected billing cycle. Domain charges, separately agreed migration work and any additional services are extra. The WHMCS cart confirms the selected billing cycle and total before payment; check your order and invoices for renewal details.
Ask us to confirm the backup and restore options, retention and sending limits for your service. Keep an independent copy of important mail. These plans are for normal business correspondence; a large marketing campaign needs an appropriate email marketing service and consent-based sending practices.
