Business registration & compliance
Administrative assistance for company and related business records. The responsible authority determines registrations, statuses and processing outcomes.

01. Mandate and authority.
The accepted quote must identify the filing or administrative work and who may give instructions. Supply accurate, authorised director, shareholder, employee and company information. We may need signed mandates and identity documents. We do not act for an undisclosed person or submit information we know to be false.
02. Fees and submissions.
Our service fee and applicable authority or third-party fees must be distinguished in the quote. A payment does not itself establish that a filing is accepted or a company is compliant. We will explain required documents and communicate available submission or reference information.
03. Processing times and outcomes.
CIPC, SARS, UIF, CSD and other authorities control their own validation and processing. We do not guarantee a registration date, tax clearance, tender award, B-BBEE status, refund or regulatory approval. Tell us about your deadline before accepting a quote; do not rely on an unconfirmed turnaround.
04. Ongoing responsibilities.
A company’s directors and authorised representatives remain responsible for accurate records, returns, taxes and continuing obligations. A once-off service is not an ongoing compliance retainer. Recurring reminders, monitoring or annual filings are included only where expressly agreed.
05. Advice and confidentiality.
Administrative help is not a claim that TIN is a law firm, auditor, accredited verification agency or registered tax practitioner. Where regulated professional advice or reserved work is needed, the appropriate qualified person must be engaged and identified. Sensitive documents must be submitted through an agreed suitable channel and used only for authorised purposes.
