How to Retrieve Your EPP Code by Provider
Use the provider guide below as a starting point. Account menus can change; your current registrar’s support can confirm its transfer process.
Check these points with your current registrar:
- Log in to your Xneelo konsoleH control panel with your master login credentials.
- Select Domain Management and navigate to your specific domain.
- Click on Manage Services > Domain Transfer / EPP Key.
- Ensure the Domain Lock status is set to Unlocked and copy your generated EPP / Authorisation code.
- Confirm that your administrative email address on record is active to approve the ZACR registry notification.
