Prices in South African rand. Monthly price includes the stated calling credit and TIN’s service charge. Calling credit is a rand balance, not a minute allowance. Handsets, internet, optional top-ups and any agreed porting charge are separate. Check your final order before payment.
*Some destinations have a minimum call charge. Calls outside the supported network use the destination tariff.
Calling credit is used at the rate for the number you dial. Here are selected published route rates to help you compare.
Allow roughly 1.3 MB per minute, or 13 MB for a ten-minute call. Actual usage varies. Internet and data costs are separate.

Use a compatible SIP app such as Zoiper, or ask us to check your existing phone. Your service supports registration on up to three devices. Hardware account capacity does not add extra numbers to your package.
Handsets are sold separately, subject to stock and a confirmed quote. Device specifications describe hardware capabilities; service and app features depend on configuration and compatibility.

Help me get connectedYour package includes the stated monthly calling credit and TIN’s service charge. For example, VoIPulse 50 costs Check price per month and includes Check price calling credit. Credit is a rand value, not a fixed number of minutes. The Check price setup fee is once-off; internet access, a handset, optional top-ups and any agreed porting charge are separate.
Yes, eligible South African landline and non-geographic numbers can be ported. Geographic numbers starting 01–05 and supported 087, 080 and 086 ranges are subject to provider validation. Mobile numbers cannot be moved to this service. Let TIN check eligibility and charges before you cancel anything with your current provider.
Identity verification can take up to three business days. A number transfer can take up to 14 working days after the porting request is accepted; incomplete documents or provider checks can affect timing. We confirm the next steps for your order rather than promising instant activation.
Unused monthly credit rolls over for three months. Extra top-ups have a different validity: 30 days from purchase. Ask TIN about the available top-up amounts and how to add credit to your account.
Calls within the supported CTEL voice network are free, including other TIN numbers supplied on that network. This is not a promise that every 087 number or every VoIP provider is free. Other destinations follow their applicable tariff; your internet connection is still required.
A compatible SIP handset or softphone such as Zoiper can be used. The service account supports registration on up to three devices. A handset’s capacity for multiple SIP accounts does not mean your package includes that many separate numbers or extensions. Ask us to check compatibility before buying equipment.
A stable fibre or fixed-LTE connection is recommended. Congestion, latency, weak Wi-Fi and power interruptions can affect calls; a fast advertised speed alone is not a quality guarantee. Typical data usage is around 1.3 MB per minute, but the codec and connection affect actual usage. Internet and data charges are separate.
It can. Moving a landline number associated with DSL may require cancellation of that line’s DSL service. Arrange a replacement connection before the move, or ask about a new 087 number if you need to retain the old line.
Calls depend on powered equipment and a working internet connection. Keep a backup means of communication, especially for emergency calls. Ask us to confirm any emergency-calling capability and limitations before relying on the service.
Choose a package online, or let TIN help with your number and setup.
Service availability, verification and acceptable-use conditions apply. VoIP depends on internet and power; keep an independent way to make emergency calls. Read the VoIP terms and Privacy Policy. Existing clients can manage services and request support in the client portal.
