Can I request one design, or do I need a package?

You can request a single item or a coordinated set. Tell us what you need, where it will be used and your deadline. We’ll put together a quote for that brief.

Can you work with our existing logo and colours?

Yes. Share your current logo, brand guidelines and any existing artwork. We can follow your identity or discuss a refresh if you need a new direction.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business name, the purpose of the design, the wording and images you want included, any required sizes and your deadline. Reference examples help us understand the direction you have in mind.

Which files will I receive?

We agree the formats with you before work begins. These may include print-ready PDFs, digital PNG or JPG files, vector artwork or editable templates, depending on the project and intended use.

Are printing and production included?

The services listed here cover design. If you also need printing or production, let us know when requesting a quote so the scope and any additional costs are clear.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the work involved, the content supplied and feedback. We’ll agree a realistic schedule and the revision scope with you before starting.
