A few things worth knowing.
A few answers before you get started.
Can every computer upgrade to Windows 11?
No. Windows 11 has hardware and security requirements. We review the device against the applicable requirements and explain supported options before installation.
Will an upgrade keep my files and programs?
That depends on the current system, installation method and condition of the drive. We agree what must be backed up and which applications need reinstalling before work starts.
Is a Windows licence included?
Not automatically. A valid licence or digital entitlement is required. Any new licence is separately quoted unless the written scope includes it.
Can you set up a new computer?
Yes. Ask about initial Windows setup, updates, authorised account sign-in, printers and transferring agreed files from your existing computer.
What should I prepare, and what does it cost?
Have the device model and existing Windows version available. List the applications and peripherals you depend on. Confirm where your backup is stored and when it was last checked. Keep account recovery options available; do not send passwords in your enquiry. Windows requires a valid licence and compatible hardware. Some applications need a new version or subscription. We do not bypass hardware requirements or promise that an unsupported device can run a newer release.
Make your next setup simpler.
Supported hardware and a valid Windows licence are required.
