Can I get business email without a website?

Choose email on your own domain and understand accounts, shared storage and domain costs before ordering.

Start with your domain

A domain is the name used after the @ in your email address. You can use it for email without building a website. If you already own a domain, TIN can review the mail records needed for the agreed email service while your website stays where it is.

Count mailboxes and shared storage

Choose a plan using the number of separate mailboxes and the total storage your team needs. Package storage is shared across the email accounts; it is not an allowance for every mailbox. An unlimited account count remains subject to the plan’s total storage and service limits.

Check what is separate

Domain registration or renewal is separate from the email plan. Ask about the software you use, compatibility, mailbox setup and any migration work. This email service does not automatically include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences.

Plan the move

Tell TIN who manages your domain and where your current email is hosted. Agree which mailboxes and messages should be moved, access requirements and the sequence for changing records. Never send your mailbox passwords through a public enquiry form.
